Teen FAAB (Food Allergies & Anti - Bullying) was created several years ago with the goal of providing a resource for those who are afraid to ask for advice or seek guidance. Many, such as the founder of this organization, Katherine, have been bullied because of their food allergies. Because of her experiences, this specific topic is close to her heart. She is happy to have support and is excited to bring change. .

Katherine (Kat) is currently 19 years old and enrolled in Rutgers University. She is passionate about spreading awareness of food allergies and bullying. She is allergic to dairy, eggs, peanuts, and treenuts. She also has asthma and eczema. She has been attending FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education) conferences ever since she was little. She went from being inspired by a presentation to becoming one of those presenters giving a talk and helping other teens. These presentations actually motivated her to create her website when her teacher introduced the idea to her in 6th grade. From the change of many domain names, she finally found the perfect one to describe her website : Teen FAAB.
